Rise in teenagers seeking homelessness help (ABC, 27/2/25)

Homelessness services across the country are reporting an increase in the number of teenagers seeking crisis accommodation.

Advocates say there are major barriers to young people accessing housing, like their age and their incomes on youth allowance.

Experts are calling for both major parties to make a commitment of 15,000 places in dedicated youth rentals across Australia to break the cycle.
